Finally a way to keep my keyboard, mouse, and pad set up exactly how I broke them in instead of re-tweaking everything at every LAN. The compartments fit my full-size board without crushing the switches. Two tournaments in and nothing's shifted.

The padded compartments actually hold my TKL keyboard and mouse in place without them sliding around, which was my biggest worry. Took it to a LAN last weekend and everything came out exactly how I packed it. The outer shell feels sturdy enough that I don't baby it in my trunk anymore.

The padding actually keeps my keyboard and mouse from shifting around during my commute, which was my main worry. Only gripe is the strap digs in a bit when it's fully loaded, but for the price it does the job.
